Production Process

 

 

  1. Our Medium Carbon Ferro Manganese is produced by refining High Carbon Ferro Manganese.
  2. This is often done through an oxygen converter process or a silicothermic (silicone reduction) process in an electric arc furnace.
  3. In the oxygen converter process, pure oxygen is blown through molten HC FeMn, oxidizing the carbon and removing it.
  4. This allows us to precisely control the final carbon content to meet strict specifications.
