Cored wire is widely used as deoxidizer, desulfurizeralloy-additive,

to change the form of steel impurities and improve the quality ofsteelmaking and casting products.

 

 

Cored wire are made from steel strip by rolling and stuffed with alloy powders.

According to different alloy powders, it can be divided into calcium silicon cored wirecalcium silicon barium cored wire, carbon cored wire, calcium aluminum cored wireferro calcium cored wire, calcium cored wire, etc.

By specialized equipment, coredwire made alloy powders too be put into the molten steel more efficiently, the steelstrip will melt in proper position so the powder will fully dissolve and producechemical reaction.

lt avoids reaction with air and slag, increases absorptivity ofmetallurgy additives.
